Supplied for a Soap Production plant in China.
The High Shear mixer reactor is an extreme multistage mixing machine where literally no
short-cut is possible.
Design is good for very difficult mixing applications, as for example mixing small amounts of agents into a larger volume product, where reaction is instant and viscosity could be a problem
in other mixers.
A successful application is to produce Neat Soap (Pure Soap Plant) from Vegetable fatty acids
and high concentration Caustic. The reaction is instant and we can produce soap in seconds with exact and fully sap product.
The Mixer comes Long-coupled, as shown here, or short-coupled with Mixer bolted on to a special electric motor.
Double mechanical flushed cartridge seal or single mechanical flushed seal.
Design temperature 190⁰C, design pressure 10 barg.
Capacity ranging from max 100 tpd up to 1000 tpd.
Hold-up typically 5-6 sec for good Reaction.

A mixing column has also been developed, with intensive mixed hold-up volume, if necessary to mature a premixed product, or if mixing procedure is difficult to specify.

In almost all processing, there is a need for product / agent mixing.
The Dynamic T-Mixer is design heavy duty to last long with less maintenance.
The mixer works as a two-chamber plug flow, for full contact reaction to minimize chemical consumption. A small high intensity mixed volume guarantee efficient mixing as well easy CIP (in-line-cleaning).
A typical installation is to mix Sulphuric acid into Kraft Soap splitting to recover Tall Oil fat (PINOLA TOPP application).
For Kraft Soap application call for high quality all product contact material in high degree acid proof steel, or standard acid resistant steel.

Design temperature 150⁰C, design pressure 10 barg.
